This patient sought revision upper blepharoplasty with Philadelphia eyelid surgeon Dr. Anthony Corrado. The patient had undergone an upper blepharoplasty by another surgeon at a nationally advertised cosmetic surgery “chain” she had seen on TV. Following the surgery, the patient was never happy with her results or the experience. Her upper eyelids were asymmetric and hollowed. She also had visibility of the incisions, which were not positioned appropriately in the natural upper eyelid crease. Following the patient’s revisional surgery with Dr. Corrado, the patient achieved a more symmetric and naturally youthful appearance to her upper eyelids. The hollowed appearance of the upper eyelids was corrected, and her incisions were virtually unnoticeable.
