This patient presented for secondary “revision” facelift. She had had a prior facelift 10-15 years ago and was now noticing increased facial and neck laxity starting to reappear. After successful secondary facelift the patient achieved correction of sagging skin in the neck, as well as correction of jowling resulting in a smoother jawline. The patient was very happy with her results.
