To rejuvenate the upper face, jawline, and neck, this patient underwent a combined upper blepharoplasty and facelift addressing excess upper eyelid skin, facial laxity, neck aging, and prominent platysmal banding. Treatment focused on restoring smoother contours through the lower face and neck while creating a more open, refreshed appearance around the eyes. Particular attention was given to management of the platysmal bands to improve neck definition and achieve a cleaner cervicomental angle.
