This patient presented to Dr. Anthony Corrado with a history of nasal trauma and numerous cosmetic concerns. He had a large dorsal hump, ptotic (“droopy”) tip, severe nostril asymmetry, and nasal asymmetry (nose shifted to his right). In combination with the nasal trauma, these traits make a complex case requiring a skilled and experienced surgeon. Dr. Corrado crafted a detailed plan to restore symmetry to the nose while also maintaining masculinity. The patient’s results were natural, without the appearance of an overdone surgical result. The patient was very pleased.
