This patient presented for cosmetic nasal consultation. The patient sought small changes which she felt would improve the appearance of her nose. The patient sought removal of a small dorsal hump (bump on the nasal bridge), as well as refinement of a mildly bulbous nasal tip. The patient underwent a “Finesse Rhinoplasty” to make these subtle changes. Following surgery, notice the smooth appearance of the nasal bridge, as well as a more refined and slimmer tip. The patient was very pleased with her results and felt the minor changes that were made,resulted in a major improvement overall.
