This young woman presented for cosmetic rhinoplasty to correct her dorsal hump(bump on nasal bridge) and to provide nasal tip refinement. The patient also sought correction of the “drooping” nasal tip which was particularly evident when smiling. Postoperatively, notice the smooth bridge as well as the tip improvement. Also, notice the upward tip rotation providing a much improved natural result.
