Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Anthony Corrado for correction of a markedly ptotic nasal tip, widened and asymmetric nasal dorsum, prominent dorsal hump, and a hanging columella. The operative plan focused on dorsal contouring, structural realignment of the nasal framework, and tip repositioning with refinement to improve projection, symmetry, and definition. Columellar show was reduced to achieve a more balanced base view. Throughout the procedure, emphasis was placed on maintaining strong structural support and achieving a natural, proportionate result. This case highlights Dr. Corrado’s rhinoplasty work for patients across South Jersey and the Philadelphia region.
