This patient underwent rhinoplasty to address a broad, amorphous nasal tip, downward tip rotation, and a prominent dorsal hump in the setting of thick nasal skin. Surgical treatment by Dr. Anthony Corrado included dorsal contour reduction and more advanced tip refinement maneuvers to improve definition and support despite soft tissue thickness. Particular emphasis was placed on restructuring the nasal tip to create better projection, contour, and stability while maintaining natural facial harmony.
