Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Anthony Corrado to address significant nasal asymmetry, dorsal hump deformity, and a poorly defined, asymmetric nasal tip in the setting of thick nasal skin. Surgical goals included dorsal hump reduction, structural correction of asymmetry, and strategic tip refinement with an emphasis on support and definition despite soft tissue limitations. Care was taken to enhance contour and balance while respecting the challenges associated with thick skin and maintaining long-term structural integrity. This case reflects Dr. Corrado’s approach to rhinoplasty in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region.
