To improve overall nasal balance and contour, this patient underwent rhinoplasty for correction of nasal asymmetry, a plunging tip, wide bulbous tip anatomy, and a dorsal hump. Surgical refinement included smoothing the bridge profile, restructuring the nasal tip for improved definition and support, and correcting asymmetry within the nasal framework.
