Combined rhinoplasty and chin augmentation were performed to address a weak chin with microgenia along with a bulbous nasal tip, dorsal hump, and nasal asymmetry. By treating both the nose and chin together, the procedure was able to create improved facial balance and stronger profile harmony. Rhinoplasty focused on smoothing the dorsal contour, refining tip shape, and improving symmetry, while chin augmentation enhanced lower facial projection and definition.
