Refinement of the nasal profile and tip was achieved through rhinoplasty for a patient with a dorsal hump, drooping nasal tip, and increased tip width. The procedure addressed dorsal contour reduction, elevation and support of the nasal tip, and narrowing techniques to improve definition and proportion. Structural integrity was maintained to support long-term stability and a natural-appearing result. Surgery was performed in South Jersey by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Corrado, with many patients traveling from Philadelphia and throughout New Jersey for care.
